The Ethical Chamber is an independent disciplinary body of the FIM, responsible for overseeing compliance with the FIM Code of Ethics and for ensuring integrity and respect across all motorcycling-related activities governed by the FIM.
It is led by the LJI Director and composed of an Investigative Body and an Ethical Panel.
The Ethical Chamber also exists to uphold the FIM Safeguarding Framework applying a zero-tolerance policy to any form of abuse or harassment. The FIM Safeguarding Framework is enforced through the obligations contained in the FIM Code of Ethics.
The FIM Code of Ethics and the FIM Safeguarding Framework apply subsidiarily whenever another FIM code or regulation does not apply to the subject matter at hand.
