The sun featured the last race of the World Championship which brought lots of emotions out of the two races. Thomas Chareyre (SMX) and Marc Reiner Schmidt (L30 Racing) were the protagonists of an epic battle at the end of which the German rider won his second World Title

As the red lights blinked off Marc Reiner Schmidt (L30 Racing) took the lead of the race, followed by Lukas Hollbacher (MTR/KTM); Thomas Chareyre (SMX) made a good start and after the first lap moved to the second place thanks to an incredible race pace which took him close to Marc Reiner Schmidt. The two leaders opened an unbeatable gap and their race pace was out of reach; Thomas Chareyre tried to overcome his rival in all the eight laps of the FastRace.
In the last lap Marc Reiner Schmidt came out badly from the final part of the off-road section before the main straight, so Chareyre took advantage of it and moved to his side. In the last corner Marc Reiner Schmidt extended his breaking point and had a contact with the French rider but eventually finished in front of him. Lukas Hollbacher was third.
The Rookie class saw an amazing fight between Youry Catherine (Gazza Racing Honda) and Alexis Marie Luce (TC4R1 Racing) who battled it out for the victory till the very final moments of the race. The first place went to Youry Catherine, who was also fourth overall.

In the SuperFinal the title contenders started side by side with Marc Reiner Schmidt in first position and Thomas Chareyre second. The positions of the starting grid were assigned according to the results of the FastRace. Chareyre stretched away at the start and took the lead after the first lap followed by Lukas Hollbacher while Schmidt followed his rivals, since he had the chance to choose, and did not stress the challenge, eventually classifying third. The rhythm of the two leaders was very intense so Chareyre had to do his best to keep Hollbacher behind but he won the moto regardless.
