Ayrton Badovini has been ruled out for around three weeks with a shoulder injury picked up during a pre-season test for the PSG-1 Corse World Superbike team.
Badovini dislocated his shoulder in a crash on the second day of testing at the Levante circuit at Binetto in Italy.
The team are confident, however, that the Italian will be fully recovered in time for the season opener at Phillip Island on March 1.
