After the 15 lap Sprint race yesterday, Markus Schlosser and Thomas Hofer, Team Schlosser, LCR, Suzuki, will not start the 22 lap Gold race today, in the FIM Sidecar Championship in Oschersleben. The team refused to acknowledge a penalty imposed by the International Jury. As a result the International Jury disqualified the team from the 4th position race result, and the FIM Sidecar World Championship standings will be corrected accordingly.
