The FIM President, Vito Ippolito & Real Federacion Motociclista Española President, Juan Moreta had the pleasure to welcome the Spanish Secretary of Sport, Miguel Cardenal this afternoon in Jerez, at the occasion of the first European round of the FIM MotoGP World Championship,
Miguel Cardenal is Director of the Chair in sports law at the University King Juan Carlos, and has been appointed President of the Superior Council of Sports and Secretary of State for Sport by the Spanish Council of Ministers in January 2012. Dr. Cardenal is also co-organizer of the FIFA/CIES Programme in Sports Management at the University King Juan Carlos.
