Michał Sikora, FIM Europe President: "I am honoured by the unanimous trust once again placed in me by our National Federations. Serving as President of FIM Europe is both a privilege and a great responsibility, and I sincerely thank every Federation for its continued confidence. The achievements of the past four years have been the result of a collective effort involving our Board of Directors, Commissions, FIM Europe Office, volunteers and National Federations. As we begin this new mandate, we will continue working together to strengthen European motorcycling, support our members and ensure that FIM Europe remains a modern, dynamic and respected organisation.
I would like to congratulate all the newly elected Board members and thank every candidate who made themselves available to serve FIM Europe and FMNs. The diversity of experience, knowledge and backgrounds within our new Board will be a great asset as we face the opportunities and challenges of the next four years. I am looking forward to working with this team to continue developing our sporting activities, strengthening our institutional role and creating new opportunities for all our National Federations.
This General Assembly has once again demonstrated the strength of the FIM Europe family. Throughout these three days we have exchanged ideas, shared experiences and taken important decisions that will shape the future. The new mandate begins with enthusiasm, continuity and a clear vision. Together we will continue promoting motorcycle sport, representing the interests of motorcyclists and building an even stronger and more united FIM Europe.”
Before concluding, delegates approved amendments to the FIM Europe Statutes and officially confirmed the hosts of the next two FIM Europe Congresses. The 2027 edition will take place in Lahti, Finland, organised by SML, while the 2028 Congress will be hosted by the ACU in Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
