KK, Zagar and Iversen made it!

The polish star Krzystof Karspzak was on top form yesterday evening on the Croatian track in the Stadium Millenium Donji Kraljevec, KK won the meeting by cumulating 11 points after his 5 programmed heats.

This FIM Speedway GP Challenge was supposed to be run with 5 heats per riders only but 5 riders were equal with 10 points each after the heat 20.

So in order to solve that tie, 4 additional heats were organized for Matej Zagar, N. K. Iversen, Troy Batchelor, Leon Madsen and Ales Dryml. A lot of pressure for those talented speedway riders. The two riders who reached their qualifications for the 2013 SGP series were the Slovenian Mataj Zagar and Niels Kristian Iversen who confirm their form and consistency they had along their 2012 speedway season.

The Danish rookie Mickael Jepsen Jensen couldn’t find the mental strength he had last weekend in Vojens. He will have two weeks in order to regain it before the 5th event of the 2012 FIM Speedway World Championship Final series held in Pardubice.

Next weekend, the SGP series will end in Torun were the FIM SGP world Championship classification will be determined, Martin Vaculik and Hans Andersen both know they will need to jump on the rostrum in order  to get a chance to be a permanent wild card for the 2013 SGP season.
