The FIM is delighted to declare open the website of the 2015 FIM Women+Sustainability in Motorcycling Conference.

The main objective of this conference is to showcase the various viewpoints emanating from different sectors and countries on those two highly topical themes: women and sustainability. It will also be an opportunity to share experience, debate and try to draw conclusions and reinforce knowledge in order to gain a new vision for motorcycling. Specific topics concerning the daily activity of Sports Federations and Clubs as motorcycling stakeholders will be addressed, such as how to attract more volunteers, how to organise sustainable events, etc.  

You will have the opportunity to hear success stories from the best female racers, learn how they made it to the top, and see that these success stories can also apply to business. Sustainability programmes and initiatives will be presented, together with tools to apply them easily in practice. The importance of education to raise awareness and change mentalities will also be highlighted.
