FIM SuperMoto World Championship travels to east for the third GP


Everything is ready in Sosnovà Autodrom to host the third Grand Prix of FIM Supermoto World Championship and the third Round of the European Championship Supermoto valid as Grand Prix of Czech Republic.

The track is located 90 km north of Prague and it’s used for several motorsports events since 1978 like karting and rallycross, also has already hosted the FIM Supermoto World Championship two times in a row in 2004 and 2005. The biggest change from 2005 is the off road part that is completely renovated, now spectacular and more technical.

SHR TM Mauno Hermunen left Italy with a shining performances, he won both heats in both Italians Grand Prix, and recently admitted that he feels stronger than ever and is very determined to win the Title this season.

TM Racing Factory Team TM Thomas Chareyre improved his position from third to second in the podium from Capua to Vairano  and after winning both heaths at the start of June in Battipaglia in International Series Supermoto is travelling to Czech Republic with the main goal to win this Czech Grand Prix.

Luc1 Owatrol Honda Sylvain Bydart  lost the podium last Grand Prix so he will be fully focused to be back  on the rostrum this week-end but he will have to battle with L30 Racing HONDA Ivan Lazzarini who has only one points less than him now in the standings, also the Italian Champion feels confident on this circuit were he obtained a second and a third place respectively in 2004 and 2005.

Fasth Wheels APRILIA Adrien Chareyre had almost one month off to train and his goal for this coming week-end will be to  increase the points difference over his pursuers.

SHR TM Petr Vorlicek will do his best to make a big  show for all incoming public on his country soil.

Seventh position in Word Championship Standings is now for the cop Only Motor HONDA Christian Ravaglia followed by another Italian, Brt SUZUKI Andrea Occhini, both consistent riders from the start of this 2013 season.

The young home riders Hardbike Racing TM Thomas Travnicek  faces this Czech Grand Prix being ninth in the Championship, it is the first experience in FIM Supermoto World Championship for the nineteen and his goal for this week-end is improve his position in front his fans.

Close the Top Ten Tds HONDA Uros Nastran who travels to Sosnovà very happy after winning both heats last week-end in Slovenian Supermoto National Championship.

Big news of this Gran Prix the return of the fourth times Supermoto Champion Thierry Van Den Bosch who will run with TM for the rest of 2013 season. The French strong rider won both Czech Supermoto Grand Prix in this circuit in the past so everybody is waiting for a trilling week-end of sport.
