The show was wonderful for the 850 participants gathered during the Rally OiLibya of Morocco 2013.
During this last international event of the year, the competitors have discovered all facets of Morocco and all types of fields of rally-raid. As promised, the great emphasis was also given to navigation and co-drivers have been busy during the 6 day race.
Placed under the High Patronage of His Majesty the King Mohammed VI, the Biggest African Rally of the year was, thanks to the whole team of organization, as high as all the expectations of participants on 2 or 4 wheels, amateurs or professionals, as they said.

BAJA OF MOROCCO 2013 : Alessandro RUOSO wins the FIM Bajas World Championship !
For this edition of Baja of Morocco, Round of the World Cup FIM BAJA 2013, 33 bikes and quads took the start on 12th October. Under the final arch, the podium gathered Alessandro RUOSO (YAMAHA 450 n°101) which won the victory, followed by Alessandro ZANOTTI (TM +450 n°131), completed in third place by the polish Kamil WISNIEWSKI (YAMAHA Quad n°151) .
MOTORBIKE/QUAD: SUSPENSE HAS MAINTAINED UNTIL THE LAST STAGE
In bike, the portuguese pilot Paulo GONCALVES (HONDA HRC 450 n°2) won this competition and become the World champion of the FIM Cross-country 2013, followed closely by Marc COMA (KTM 450 Factory n°1). On the third step of the podium of the Rally, Joan BARREDA (HONDA HRC 450 n°23).
QUAD CATEGORY
Rafal SONIK (n°200) won the quad category with his YAMAHA, in front Camelia LIPAROTI (n°203), winner of the Feminine FIM World Championship Cross-country 2013. In third position, the pilot Sébastien SOUDAY (YAMAHA, n°206).
In Enduro cup category
we emphasized the victory of Robert VAN PELT JUNIOR n°258 in his HONDA. Eric SCHIANO (n°255 SHERCO) accesses the second place on the podium before Philippe DASSE (n°251 KTM) Team Piboules racing.
