Slovenian international Aleksander Conda returns to the FIM Speedway World Championship stage as Mitas Slovenian FIM Speedway Grand Prix wild card in Krško on September 12.
Conda lines up in the famous No.16 race jacket, flying the home flag alongside current world No.5 and World Championship medal contender Matej Zagar.
The 25-year-old served as wild card last time the Slovenian SGP was staged at Krško in September 2013, scoring three points. This will be the three-time Slovenian Under-21 champion’s third SGP appearance.
Conda is joined in the Slovenian SGP field by track reserves Maks Gregorič and Denis Stojs.
The home duo with the No.17 and No.18 race jackets respectively, will only be called into action if any of the main 16 riders are ruled out of a race by injury, illness, a starting offence or other reasons.
The Mitas Slovenian FIM SGP referee will be Marek Wojaczek from Poland.
