La 4e manche du Championnat du Monde FIM de Freestyle visitait samedi soir la Tauron Arena, à Cracovie, en Pologne.
Tout le public polonais voulait assister au retour de l'Allemand Luc Ackermann après six mois d'absence en raison d'un fémur fracturé. Il n'a pas déçu avec une première place en qualifications, devant Maikel Melero, le leader du championnat. L'Espagnol fera valoir son rang pour s'imposer devant David Rinaldo, absent à Berlin pour maladie, et Ackermann, sur le podium pour son grand retour à la compétition.
Troisième victoire de la saison, en quatre manches, pour Maikel Melero qui augmente son avance au championnat. Il compte désormais 23 points d'avance sur Libor Podmol, seulement 6e samedi soir, avant une très longue pause qui va durer jusqu'au 28 octobre prochain et un rendez-vous à Shenzhen (Chine). Mais il y aura tout de même une NIGHToftheJUMPs le 22 avril à Munich.
